I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jul 2016
Interview
3 Initial Tests as well as 2 case questions. Then interview with HR.Finally 2 panel interviews and case study. The company was very professional and also paid some of my expenses to travel there. However i believe they are not 100% well organised.Among others it also took a lot of time for them to give me feedback. Furthermore the attitude of one of the interviewers was a bit strange. Her english was not that good and also was very hesitant in allowing me any time for questions. Even if she already had decided i am not suitable about me she could at least try.I believe it would have been easier if i were local, as i received several questions about a potential relocation in Sweden.

Interview
Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
Application ~ Assessment which I did well in but got no interview invite despite this. I think it’s unfortunate we spend lots of time to prepare for an assessment when we don’t get considered despite doing well and meeting all requirements
First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON.
Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences.
Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.
