Pretty easy, one phone interview, one in person interview. Questions weren't hard but some behavioral ones were included. Asked one or two fashion related questions like who are your inspirations
Engaging and interactive, having opportunity to engage with managers and customers at the same time. Actual sit down interviews were fairly brief/in groups with opportunity to shadow during business hours.

Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
