They conducted
1) a short call with HR to go over resume
2) an hour-long call with the team to talk about the details of the role
3) an hour-long call with leadership to ask strategic questions

Question 1
They asked smart and practical questions, related to job description. They also included classical questions like what are your strengths, weaknesses, etc. One thing to be careful about: Most of the answers to their questions will be subject to personal review meaning the hiring team have a lot of power in the process.
Two rounds of virtual interview; with HR and then the hiring manager and the regional director; no assessment centre; just ask and answer only; it was relatively easy; It was an internal movement

How would you approach the problem when you are not given much support
The interview process typically involves an application review, a phone or video screening, followed by in-person or virtual interviews with team members. It may include technical assessments, behavioral questions, and discussions about the role, company culture, and compensation.
Very lengthy interview with a long list of questions about your experience, case based questions which may or may not be relevant to your profile. They ask for examples even for things you have not done. No update post the interview, no reason was provided for not selecting.
