Where do I start... the team was fantastic to meet. Coordinator scheduled interviews promptly and good questions were asked by both myself and the interviewers. Overall the interviews and take home assignment went fine. My issue is with my recruiter who missed scheduled calls, did not respond to any of my emails until weeks later, and provided NO feedback whatsoever. I interviewed in early Feb and finished my interviews a week later. I then waited FOUR weeks of 0 contact and then an automated rejection with no opportunity to discuss feedback or why I was ghosted. I did a bit of self reflection and decided that a company who treats candidate like this must not treat their employees much better. Big, big, BIIIIG yikes. Good luck to this recruiter.
