I applied online. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO)
Interview
Overall, Gusto is a company that needs to get their processes cleaned up and prioritize building a standardized interview process, clear SLA's and a more personal experience for candidates. My second round interview was moved out and rescheduled 3 times with the Hiring Manager (sometimes on the day of or the night before). On the call, there were no probing questions or follow-up and there was an overall sentiment of not being listened to or prioritized.

Interview
I only did the first round which is technical. They asked a meet code question. It was quite chill, the interviewer was friendly. I didn’t move forward because they had reached head count but I was able to solve the question given to me.
