The interview was efficient and quick. Had a 1-1 with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Then I had a 4 hour zoom call with various business leads.

Most of the interviewers we're friendly, but the PM I interviewed with seemed very snarky. She was ex-FAANG and ivy league MBA. Almost made it seem like she knew everything. It was a difficult conversation. They harp on their culture, but if people acted the way the PM acted it's doomed.
They give you an idea of what tech questions each of the team members will ask, which is nice. I probably spend 10-12 hours between prep and interviewing. Which is fine, but PLEASE GUSTO, if you don't want to hire an individual that's fine, but at least tell them why. Sending some genetic BS email is inexcusable. People spend their hard earn time preping for this stuff and giving a BS email is laughable.
