I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Was such a fun and exciting process. All in all, it took about 3 1/2 weeks. Applied online and received an email a few days later to schedule and initial 30m call. About a week later received a take home assignment, a week or so later was called in for the final round of interviews. Interviewed with 3 people and talked about the role but mostly they seemed to want to know me as a person and that was amazing. Definitely be prepared to share what makes up who you are outside of work. Couple of days later they emailed asking to schedule a call to update me, and the call was the offer! They brought in everyone I interviewed with on the call and cheered for me and they all went around and let me know what they liked about me and why I was selected. It was such a great interview process, it’s apparent they really care about their people and made me so much more excited to join the team!

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Gusto (Littleton, CO) in Nov 2020
Interview
30 min phone screen, take home assignment, two hour interview with 3 people. Be prepared for a ton of situational questions. I would also familiarize yourself with their culture and values.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was literally just a 20 min phone call asking general questions - nothing to in-depth. Felt like they were just ensuring I was who I said I was. I was surprised how simple it was considering the position required dealing with a lot of sensitive information.
