I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (Anaheim, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Was a multi panel interview with a few people from the company 2 from the team I applied for and one from the culture and people team. It was 30 minutes a piece the interview was really relaxed over a video call. They were courteous to the point and made me feel at ease.

Question 1
How did you handle a situation in which you had to give bad news?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO)
Interview
1st interview was a 30 minute phone call, was great and had a great time talking with the interviewer. 2nd part was a take home HW assignment where I had to do a bit of research. Lastly was the 3rd interview which was a 3-round interview in the office... Very interesting interviews, the people were great but the questions were a bit difficult to answer for myself. One question was "If I gave you a list of 1000 people to call, how many could you get done by the end of the week" which was difficult to answer for me because I would want to say all of them but realistically probably not, but I did not know enough about how long a sales call takes to contact and talk with someone so I had no idea how to answer.
