I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Guidewire in Mar 2019
Interview
Online coding round: Have to solve two problems in 2 hours.
Technical Zoom Interview: Online interview on Java Concepts and SQL
3 Hour final round : Technical, Cultural and Mangeral round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic java concepts, OOPS concepts, problem solving questions, and basic data structures.
Interview involved:
- Screening call with recruiter
- Codility test, 4 questions had to solve 3 in 90 minutes
Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn about this position and was pretty happy after first screening call. He sent the coding test right away, I solved it on 20th Feb 2020. I've since tried to contact the recruiter via email and LinkedIn, never got any reply on feedback of my test.
My friend working on Guidewire enquired about this with his manager as they want to improve their feedback loop to applicants I was supposed to get reply after this. Even it didn't help, no communication was received.
I'm aware, no response is a bad response but when you approach a candidate, you at-least should provide a feedback of how horrible or good my test answers were.
Thankfully I'm already employed, this situation is worse for graduates fresh out of the uni.

Question 1
Codility test, 4 questions had to solve 3 in 90 minutes
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Guidewire (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2019
Interview
Overall are relaxing and good coversation interviews. But very long tiring process and steps ( 2 months and 5-6 steps), I thought it will be worth to try. Ended up they can't give me an offer because they're unable to provide an EP after I got downgraded level which is strange. They can afford EP with higher position but lower no.

Question 1
They asked all about management questions that I don't reall know the best practice, so I just answered casually.
