Pretty typical interview process. First talked to a recruiter. Then had an online assessment which was not difficult. Then had an interview with hiring manager. Finally interviewed with team members. I was told by manager that I will hear back in a couple of days but didn’t hear back. I contacted recruiter and was told feedback was positive but they are finishing up with other candidates. This went on for a month. They never actually send an email saying they were rejecting. Recruiter then contacted me again later for interview with another team. Online assessment went great but manager in the next round was very dismissive and rudely questioned my technical experience without asking me any technical questions.

Interview
The interview took place in 4 rounds.
The first one was a general conversation with HR.
The second was a technical round, during which pair programming was introduced, and the interviewer and I solved a problem together.
The third was an in-person day at the office, where I was assigned to two different teams and we pair-programmed on some of their live issues.
The fourth one was a communication with their Senior VP which was also a bit technical.
