I went through a phone screening recently and the recruiter who said he would like me to meet the hiring manager for a virtual interview and that he would send me an email invite after our call. That email invite never came, so I sent him an email to let him know I never received it, but he had an encrypted email - so I’m not even sure if it ever reached him. Anyway, this made a bad impression on me so I think I probably dodged a bullet with this company, especially after reading all the poor reviews. Guardant only has a 51% approval rating so clearly they need to do better.
