The interview process consists of three rounds, each 30 minutes: an initial screening focused on your experience. If selected you will have a one-on-one with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with leadership.
Things to Be Aware Of
The job posting does not accurately reflect what the hiring manager is actually looking for. Salesforce experience is listed as preferred but not required on the posting — yet I was told the hiring manager specifically wants someone with it. More surprisingly, the ability to read pathology reports was brought up as an expectation, despite not appearing anywhere in the job description. Given that the role doesn’t require any degree, this felt like a significant and unexplained gap between what was advertised and what was expected.
The salary offered was also lower than the range listed on the posting.
Overall
The company is expanding quickly with several openings, which may be why job descriptions haven’t caught up with actual role requirements. I’d strongly encourage the team to update their postings to reflect true expectations — it would make the process more transparent and respectful of candidates’ time.
