8 a.m. interview. The Grundfos recruiter yawned repetitively, and based on the cadence, tone, and inflection of the initial interaction, gave the impression they were disinterested in the process or had a rough night. It was as if they gave no consideration a candidate would educate themselves before an interview as to the five 'Ws' of Grundfos as a worldwide business. There was a lack of any kind of flow or continuity in the conversation. *As promised, the recruiter failed to follow up or update the candidate in the said time of one week. >>The recruiter gave the impression they also failed to read the resume or LinkedIn profile.
