I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Grifols
Interview
I applied online & within a few days I was contacted via email & text message to set up a phone interview. My phone interview went well and while on the phone w/ the recruiter we set up a time for me to go into the physical Grifols location I was applying to for an additional interview. I was interviewed by 3 individuals, they were all nice, professional , and laid back (in a good way). The process was pleasant. They are currently wrapping up interviews for the position so hopefully I get a call back!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Weakness? Strengths? Why do you want to work for Grifols? Specific questions concerning my resume, skills, and work history.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grifols (Toledo, OH)
Interview
Interview seemed positive, left feeling optimistic. Was sent job offer to sign for $0.40 less per hour than the agreement made during the interview. Interviewer refused to respond to emails or calls literally begging them to communicate with me to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as I had already made up my mind I wanted to work there based on the interview. Took the position, but starting off the job on the wrong foot will not be ideal.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General background questions. No "tell me about a time when...." questions
Very abrupt and cold. Not mad about it, just not a pleasant experience and not up front about salary after I expressed what I was looking to make. Also seemed to imply workplace drama is inevitable.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Grifols (Houston, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
20 minute phone interview with an excellent person. Asking questions and explain what grifols offers and how the company can grow. Great benefits and becoming a donor center tech comes with a great opportunity.
