Interview
I recently interviewed for a Solutions Engineer position. The team was friendly, but the organization of the interview left something to be desired. The questions asked were uninspiring, making it difficult to gauge the company's vision and future direction. A more engaging and streamlined interview process, as well as a clearer vision for the organization, would have made for a better experience overall.
Good process. Would recommend. Definitely a good clear well thorough process. Talent specialist was also very good very engaged and let me know about every stage. Unfortunately, I didn't get the role but by no means was the process a hindrance.
Started with a recruiter interview, then multiple interviews with other SEs, the SE lead, and account managers. Interviews also included a tech interview and a simulated discovery call. After that there is a demo you have to give of Grafana.
Everyone was super nice and professional.

Why would I choose Grafana Cloud if Grafana OSS is free?
It was a 1:1 roleplaying interview with customer along with a technical take home assignment to set up grafana. the roleplaying was between you and the interviewer pretending to be a customer
