Interview
hirevue process, 3 behavioural questions asked, no technicals, and no market based questions either. Process was relatively straightforward, apply, ideally through a referral, then if lucky you get hirebue, if nepo baby - straight to easy interview and offer. Word of advice - be born rich.
Initial phone screen, then 4 back-to back zooms. Some of the interviewers were nice, others were rude and made you question why you even were interested in joining their team in the first place.
