Smooth, 3 20 min interviews for the super day, very chill - people wanted you to succeed during it. Stock pitch, sales vs trader, behavioral, all the above. Be confident, electric, and able to hold a conversation
Initial application where you need to answer a 300 word motivational piece. After that is completed then you may or may not receive a hirevue depending on if you pass the screening. Im currently waiting for the hirevue.
I believe that after Hirevue its an assessment centre with 3 interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
Virtual interview then Superday/assessment center, standard process for internship interview process in banking. Virtual interview questions were pretty standard, no surprises. Superday was a 3 seperate interviews with seperate members of the global markets team. Mixture of technical and qualitative questions. Frankly thought I did pretty well, but on paper wasn't as strong as some of the other candidates - think that may have hurt me.
