Step 1 was mostly behavioral. Questions included:
Tell me about yourself/Walk me through your resume
Why do you want to do Internal Audit?
Strengths and Weaknesses?
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult team.
What is Internal Audit?
Step 2 was also mostly behavioral with very similar questions. It was in Jersey City and there were 2 interviews in a row, both 30-45 minutes long with people ranging from Analysts to MDs. I had my super day for all three divisions I was interviewing for on the same day.
Best Advice: Prepare so that you can keep calm and relaxed. They expect very little knowledge of the actual job so you just have to be able to prove you are smart and social. If you don't know an answer say so and go on to explain your thoughts about it.

3 Interviews back to back on Super day. 2 interviewers each. I thought I completely messed up all of the interviews but it went well. Your goal should be to extremely impress atleast 2 of them.
Pretty smooth interview process. After the Hirevue you have 2 rounds of interviews then the Superday. Response time after Superday does vary per person. So dont stress if you do not hear back immediately. Best of luck.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked in a team and overcame a challenge.
It consisted of 5 questions and it was a digital interview Hirevue. It had to be submitted within 3 days. I had applied two weeks back. Waiting for the offer. I hope I get it.
