Pretty straightforward process. Interview asked several behavioral questions like why I want to be a trader and whats wrong with the current role. Pretty ez questions, waiting to hear back
relatively efficient interview process - 3 rounds of interviews with total period of <1month. The interview was not too technical and the conversations were mainly gauging the interest in markets

Had an online interview consisting of seven questions related to the position applied for, then had to fly out to their New York office to interview in person. First interview consisted of basic questions, second interview was more in depth.
