About settlements and previous experience and job responsibilities
Varies from department to department, some times it's very streamlined for example corporate treasury, sometimes it spans over several rounds like global investments research. Overall, it can get repetitive but they need to ensure the quality of candidates being hired. Final rounds are usually cultural fitment rounds, although you can expect a few out of the box technical questions especially relating to the internship experience you had in the past
