Friendly process but rigorous process and took months to hear back to ultimately not move forward. Clear and transparent but the length of the process needs to be improved and expectations should be set

7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
