As I proceeded to complete my application, towards the end they required a series of required (non-skip) questions such as: my social, my birthdate and asked me if I was under the age of 40. These are illegal. Similarly you can't ask a candidate if they are married/ have kids...etc. I immediately deleted my info and withdrew. No thank you.
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know of your concerns. In the application process, there are two areas that are listed as Voluntary; one is for the EEOC and the other is for the IRS Work Opportunity Tax Credit. This data volunteered is protected from all hiring authorities.
If you would like to reapply, both those sections can be skipped without issue.
Thank you again,
Human Resources
