Glassdoor contacted me a day after I submitted my résumé online. Everyone was extremely friendly - I had a great experience. The questions asked are mainly behavioral - nothing too hard. They really try to make sure that you are a good cultural fit.
The interview process itself was a little long. I'd say about a month.
