I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied through the website and the process took around 4 weeks. After sending my application I reached out to the hiring manager through LinkedIn to show my interest in the position.
The first stage of the hiring process was a phone call with a member of the team, followed by a phone conversation with a native Spanish speaker (it was a requirement for the position). A few days later I was invited for the final interview with more members of the team.
The whole process was very smooth and friendly. It is worth noting that every Glassdoor member I spoke with was very approachable and nice.

Interview
A three-week, three-interview process. First interview (over phone) covered my background, Glassdoor, and the job itself. The second interview (over phone) was a language screening for the language I would be working on with Glassdoor. The third and final interview (at the office itself) was with the first two interviewers as well as the branch manager. The final interview was followed by a written language translation from English to the language of choice.
