I submitted my application online. A fews days later I was contacted for a phone interview. It was very relaxed and friendly. It lasted around 15 minutes. After the phone interview they contacted me for a more formal Skype interview. It lasted around 30 minutes.

After applying, someone got in touch with me very quickly to schedule a phone interview. The process was all done in less than 2 weeks. The phone interview lasted for 15 mins average and they asked basic questions of what I knew about the company, etc. They didn't ask anything very specific about proxy but I suggest you look into that if you dont know it already to try and add it to your answer to make it sound more complete. The second stage was a few online tests. I had to do around 5 tests as I was applying for a few different languages and for the compensation area as well. The compensation test was pretty nasty but the governance was ok.
