A day after submitting my application, they invited me to complete an assessment, which you can't really study for. The assessment had three timed parts. For the first and third parts, you are given a 60+ page PDF and asked questions about the contents. It's about being able to quickly locate and interpret information within files you can't fully read. The second part is similar, only you're given charts and excerpts from other documents. It's more about data analysis and your comprehension of corporate/technical jargon.
You're assigned the next step at the same time--you have to complete a one-way (probably AI) interview. You're asked several behavioral questions (I think five total), but you're given time to formulate your responses, and you're allowed to re-record them as many times as needed within the time slot. You have about an hour, but I completed it in half that.
About four business days later, they invited me for a human interview. The interview went very well, and the recruiter told me as much. They also mentioned that I would have to do another interview round. Nonetheless, seven business days later, I received a rejection email. I'm guessing it's because I am overqualified (I have a master's and two years of experience). Still, for a temporary 6-month position, they're expecting their candidates to jump through a lot of hoops
