I applied online. It took about 1 month to hear back from a recruiter. Got 30 minutes for initial phone interview with hiring manager one week later. It was a very nice exchange conversation. After phone interviewed, got invited to all day interview at Minneapolis headquarter. The over all process was very smooth and the recruiter has great communication through out the way. Be prepared for behavior questions. Be ready to give a great example of whatever they ask for scenario. STAR questions. General Mills really trying to know about your personality and how you will fit in their cultural. Show that you are a great team player, capable of contribute to the company and want to learn and expand your skills/knowledge. Still waiting to hear back from HR.
