Went through university recruiting - one person interview. Ask all sorts of behavioral questions and standard team building and swot questions. Process goes quick 2-5weeks, they hire a lot from campuses and need contact if you want a chance

The initial interview was a quick 15 minutes of interview questions, then 5 minutes for a Question & Answer session. It is described as a "get to know you" call but is actually an interview with case questions.

Say you came to General Mills and the brand you are assigned to has been experiencing declining profits over the past 2 years. What do you do?
Phone screening, then virtual video online interview with hR manager. They gave a really good overview of the role and emphasised company culture. Were very realistic about the number of rounds to go through - including a meet and greet coffee catchup

3 rounds of interview in total. First round with HR for culture fit, second round with Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager and Final round with UK Head of Marketing
