recruitment from MBA Schools, involved case studies and behavioural questions to assess candidate. interviews with multiple teams including HR, managers and directors. I applied for the internship which was very competitive and didn't get hired, but applied again the following year for a full time position and was hired.

Not organized at all during the recruitment process. They even mixed me up with another candidate as the first question was how was my flight when I actually got there by train.
