Very standard. Phone call with recruiter, and then zoom interviews with 2 managers and director, overall a very common process with clear communication of next steps throughout the entire process. Everyone was nice to talk to

Interview
Applied online, was contacted shortly after to set up a 30 minute phone interview. Following the phone interview I was invited for an in-person 2 hour+ interview with 4 members of the team.
Overall, the experience was very positive - the team I met with was great, and I felt like they tried to get to know me past the standard questions.
