Interview
In person at school interview, flew me to headquarters for a day. Tough process as the role is competitive, they had few slots to offer. Had an in person interview with recruiters at school and then at headquarters met with high upper level management employees in the division as well as current employees in the position I would be applying too. The company culture was great, overall, they didn't have enough slots to offer a position.
2-3 interviews- which includes a behavior interview and a sales case interview. I interviewed over phone and Skype because of long-distance. The entire process was really fast--around two to three weeks of time before I got my offer.

Interview
All behavioral questions. Got an interview a couple of weeks after applying. Information session the evening before the interview. Interview pretty laid-back, 30-45 min for both first and second interviews - first interview was with someone just recently out of college who had already introduced themselves at the information session. Found out a few days later I had gotten a second interview. Had second interview on Wednesday and found out on Monday via phone call that I had gotten the job. Had a few weeks to make a decision. Everyone throughout the process was very friendly and helpful!
A lot of other basic behavioral questions that you can prepare for. Make sure to discuss any prior sales experience, be open and friendly, and show interest in the company and ask questions relevant to General Mills.
