Full day at General Mills HQ: Breakfast, case study prep, tour, lunch, three back to back interviews (including case). Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend this company.

The initial interview was a quick 15 minutes of interview questions, then 5 minutes for a Question & Answer session. It is described as a "get to know you" call but is actually an interview with case questions.

Say you came to General Mills and the brand you are assigned to has been experiencing declining profits over the past 2 years. What do you do?
Phone screening, then virtual video online interview with hR manager. They gave a really good overview of the role and emphasised company culture. Were very realistic about the number of rounds to go through - including a meet and greet coffee catchup
