I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at General Mills (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2018
Interview
I did a phone interview with someone from Integrated Customer Solutions, then an online assessment (Hogan test and reasoning test), and finally an in-person interview at the HQ. For the in-person interview, I met with two managers and two people from HR who were mainly there to start/end the process but didn't actually conduct an interview.
Overall, everyone was very pleasant and friendly. I was impressed with how structured and organized the entire process was overall.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Mills (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
The recruiter explained the process of the call from the beginning, starting with administrative questions, then related to the position and basic HR questions, and then answering my questions. It all went smoothly.

Round 1 is a Phone interview ( I talked to the manager that I later ended up working for), Round 2- back to back on site interview with 3 manager on the team. Very straight forward. 1 month in total from when I was first called to schedule an interview to when I got my offer letter.

Question 1
Basic stuff that you can google. Nothing is that hard or will take hours to prepare for. If you're somewhat qualified for the job and can articulate yourself well, you'll be highly considered for a hire.
