Question 1
Name a time when you were faced with a problem under a deadline.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at General Mills (Ames, IA) in Sept 2014
Interview
There was an initial on campus interview, then a longer on campus interview for about three hours with multiple interviewers. One group was with two engineers, and the other was with more of the human resources staff. They interviewers were very amiable! The questions were very rapid fire, but there was no pressure to answer quickly. I often took pauses to think about my responses. The second interview process included a personality/competency exam that lasted about an hour. It was scantron formatted. It asked simple brain-teaser type questions, but they weren't very difficult
