Received an interview from hiring committee via email and did research talk for the first interview. General interviews with recruiter and hiring manager were skipped. It was 30 min interview, 15-20 min research talk with QnA.
Interview happened in two days. I first gave a 1 hour seminar with Q&A. Then I had multiple one on one meetings to talk to peers and directors. They asked multiple questions during the seminar as well as one on ones.

Tiered interview process, first with HR, then hiring manager. I didn't make it past the HM interview. They were looking for someone with very specific skill set. Overall good experience and I was happy they weeded me out early, rather than bring me through longer process if I wasn't going to be a good fit.
