I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Genentech in Nov 2013
Interview
First behavioral, and then technical. First screening was with a manager, and then the technical interview with a panel of interviewers. They asked me about life outside of work, and to describe my previous research. They were genuinely interested in my scientific and professional aspirations. I later met my interviewers at the company and they were some of my best friends.
