Most interviews for internships are held over the phone since students are applying from across the country. The process was relaxed and they mostly asked about my past experience. A few hypothetical questions were asked about how I would improve my research or what techniques I would use if I wanted to investigate "x". They also shared a lot about what my responsibilities would be.

Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.
The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.

Phone call with HM for 15 min. Professional questions were asked like self introduction and then the job description with detailed by the HM. Very pleasant experience since the conversation is efficient
