Gates Foundation Program Manager interview questions

I was contacted by the recruiter after I submitted an online application and had a 45-minute phone interview with the recruiter. Then, I was invited for 30-minute interview with the hiring manager.

Was quite interesting and thr hiring manager was calm and friendly. Although a bit detached from what my current role was at that period. I felt the questions slightly did not relate to the job role. They also needed someone with a background in grant management while i had a back ground only in project management
