The process started off with the HM questioning why I would think I even belonged at the Foundation, due to my "confusing" background. I have a very diverse work history. She said "hopefully" I can figure out what it is I want to do. I was surprised I was moved to the final round of interviews after this. The final round consisted of 5 interviews lasting 30-45 mins. The hiring team was fine, but at times implied they were better and smarter than I was. I did my best to answer their questions with real examples and followed the STAR method. I followed up with the recruiter multiple times over 3 weeks with no reply. Finally, a manager reached out to me to let me know that particular recruiter didn't work there anymore, and I wasn't selected to move forward anyway. I would never interview here again after the way I was treated by recruiting and this particular hiring team in general. I wasted a lot of time and energy to be treated as "less than" by the hiring team and ghosted by recruiting.
