The interview process felt slow and unprofessional. The HR interview was rescheduled at the last minute, even though I had already cleared my calendar and prepared for it. This did not feel respectful of the candidate’s time. During the interview, after I answered their questions, I asked what the biggest challenge of the role was and what skills are most important for success. I was told those questions should be asked to the hiring manager and that I DO NOT need to ask questions if I didn’t have any! Rude reply and hung up very quickly.
