Interview
I have not heard back about my results yet but I had a phone screening with a recruiter. There were no technical questions, just behavioral questions. For examples, see some of the questions I put below

Question 1
How did you hear about Garmin? What is something you are working on improving? What are some conflicts you've had when working on teams?
Phone screen was a common tell me about yourself and why Garmin. They didn't ask any follow ups on your answered and seemed to just run through the list of the questions they had.

Interview
I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.
Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
