Interviews were all 1:1 and the questions were very standard - tell me about a time when x, y,z ... There are no questions meant to throw you off balance or that will require you to quickly calculate the number of barbes in Chicago. The Ineventory Management team prizes experience over general intelligence - they don't want to train you and don't have time to train you, so it can be difficult for someone with a different background to get their foot in their door except at the entry level position of planner.
