I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gap (Eau Claire, WI)
Interview
I applied online, then called, and eventually went into the store to confirm that they had received my application. A couple days later they called me for an interview. It was held in their back room and there was one other former Gap employee there from another store also applying for the position. We were asked really straight forward questions about customer service, how you handle stressful situations at work, etc. We then watched a handful of videos on the company and its product. It was pretty obvious that we both got the job before the interview was even half over.
