Applied online and got a call from a manager to set up interview.In short, it was an average interview. In the group interview, hiring manager asked questions like describing yourself and what can you bring to the table. Overall process was lengthy, but overall pleasant. Consented to background check and about 3 weeks later, got a call back for orientation.

Question 1
What would you do if you saw another employer take a $100 bill from the cash safe?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
