Group interview asking basic questions like how would you sell a certain item. The store manager at the time was very friendly and open to all questions. There is an assistant manager that does interviews too.
All of us in the group were hired, i have never known my store to not hire someone who came in for an interview.

What do i appreciate in a customer experience when i am shopping?

Basic. Not prep required. It was a good experience and was put at ease quickly. All they want to check is that you can communicate well and that you have a demonstrated work ethic.

It was very easygoing, not too complicated questions from the employer. They did ask what would make me stand out as a salesperson and what I could bring to the table in sales .
