I interviewed in August 2021, process wasn't bad and pretty straightforward, just asked for availability back then, so it wasn't much of a hassle, just one question and then asked to come back that night.

Question 1
Are you available to work during the Fall and Holiday seasons?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
