Process was relatively easy, though one of the interviews was appalling. I was asked if I would "make a fuss" if men made inappropriate jokes about women in the office.

I applied as an AP months ago. I guess I had the qualifications for this position so I would at least get an interview.
After a few days, I received what I thought an automatic answer (because of many mistakes in it) asking me to review 2 of Gameloft games, the ones I wanted, and to say what was wrong and what I would change. I did so and sent back my response.
The day after, they told me I would not continue the process, after a careful review of my test.
I applied some weeks ago to another AP position, still at gameloft.
Some days after, I receiveed the exact same mail, whith the exact same mistakes, asking me to do the exact same test.
Fine then, I sent them the exact same test I already did.
The day after, I had the exact same negative response. I believe the review was very careful indeed !
Probably did me a favor, not even talking about how low they pay their employees.
Process is typically HR Screening > Long Test > Offer 1 HR would asks information 2 Then asks you to do a free test that looks like a real job pitch 3 Offer: they would likely lowball you for a lower range than previously discussed

They ask you to do written test that takes few hours, which you have to showcase a lot about ideation, managing skills and free experience. I think they are looking for a one-person show that can do it all but cheap.

Apply for an open position, exchanged emails to book an appointment, go on-site meeting an HR person and a producer. Answer basic cliché recruitment questions. Have to talk English during a phase of the interview
