Tardaron unos seis meses en responder desde la solicitud de empleo, se toman tiempo en revisar todas las solicitudes que se envían, y contestan tanto si es pasas o no a la siguiente fase.

It was a female character illustration test on location. The target audience for the illustration was communicated in the later stages of the test. "Horny boys that should me made to feel like they want to marry the character" was the target audience.
- If I wanted to do textures instead of illustration?

It was easy with no hard questions. Really really nice. Pay attention to gaming hardware questions and testing practices and that's pretty much it, it's an entry level job, expect it to go smoothly

- You notice a decline in the performance of a game in terms of revenue and active players - how to you investigate that?

Oficina de Barcelona. Entrevista inicial. Me ofrecieron un puesto al que no apliqué, que no existía en sus redes. Me contactaron primeramente por Whatsap. Ambas situaciones no me parecen serias. Me preguntaron si tenía papeles para trabajar más de 3 veces en una entrevista de 20min. Claramente los tengo sino no tendría experiencia laboral europea de más de 3 años. La tercera vez le dije al recluter que era España igual que el presidente de España. Deberían revisar éstos procedimientos, hacen sentir al talento de forma incómoda. Éstos errores dan al departamento de RRHH se asemejan a los de una startup, y no una multinacional como Gameloft.
- La entrevista estuvo focalizada a conocer todo sobre mi carrera y mis detalles laborales. Y pese a que cuento con más de 10 reviews positivas en Linkedin y referencias a disposición, el recluiter fue abusivo en tanto las preguntas qeu hicieron sobre mis formas de contratación anteriores y de despidos. Por ejemplo, asumió que mi primera relación laboral fue sin contrato legal. Tengo experiencia en la industria y me sorprendió éste approach. Lo más raro es que en ningún momento mencionaron ningú test o forma de evaluar conocimientos.

El primer contacto a través de recursos humanos. Luego prueba de arte a elegir entre varias opciones. Y finalmente entrevista con recursos humanos de nuevo y otra con los responsables del equipo.

Process was relatively easy, though one of the interviews was appalling. I was asked if I would "make a fuss" if men made inappropriate jokes about women in the office.
