After sending my resume and portfolio, I've been asked about salary expectation by email. Once I replied, I was asked to create a simple game in flash. After i submitted, I've been asked for a face to face interview where I've been asked several technical and analytical questions. The interview lasted about 1 hour, I was then contacted the 2nd day and had a job offer. I accepted the offer and I'm happy to join the team.
