I'm exposing a concerning pattern in GSPL's (along with GIGL and GITL) hiring process. In 2019, they advertised for a Senior Manager/Manager Legal position. After conducting interviews in 2020 and 2022, they provisionally selected a candidate but never extended a final offer. This process repeated in 2024, with another provisional selection and no final offer. As a provisionally selected candidate myself, and knowing another affected candidate, it's clear that GSPL's HR and legal departments have serious issues. Participating in their interview process is a waste of time.
